Based on over 20 years of proven performance, the 20' super-duty Flex 20 NITRO is built to withstand the punishments of demanding commercial, industrial, and agricultural cutting applications.
If you need the ultimate 20’ flex-wing rotary cutter for demanding cutting or shredding applications look no farther than the Flex 20 NITRO from Rhino. Standard features include the new smooth top “Tuff-Hide” deck design for easy clean off; deck rings to prevent the blades from cutting into the deck if they become bent; free float wing cylinder lug design to reduce wear on internal components of the wing cylinders; and a super strong wing leading edge design that provides the strongest wing leading edge section on a 20’ rotary cutter. And since drivelines and gearboxes are the primary working parts on a rotary cutter the FL20 NITRO features the heaviest-duty wing drivelines and gearboxes available on a 20’ rotary cutter as standard equipment. The divider gearbox is rated at 325 horsepower and the outer gearboxes are rated at 285 horsepower. The super-sized gearboxes along with the massive drivelines, reinforced blade carriers, high blade tip speeds and a strong mainframe enables the FL20 NITRO to be rated to cut grass, weeds, crop material or brush up to an industry leading, for 20’ flex-wing rotary cutters, 4-1/2” in diameter.
