The Rhino Planetary Drive Digger is built to deliver outstanding performance in many industrial, commercial, or extreme agricultural applications including digging in soil, loose or solid rock, and concrete.
Mount kits are available to mount to most skid steer loaders, front-end loader buckets, backhoes, and small excavators. Depending on series, industrial-type augers are available in sizes from 2"-36" diameter to fit a wide range of applications. Flighting is a minimum 3/8" thick for excellent strength. A unique flange-mounted output shaft is designed to make repairs quicker and easier compared to competitive planetary diggers. A 2" solid steel swivel with 1-1/4" pins to withstand extreme loads is standard. The dual swivel action and the weight of the planetary drive and auger cause the auger hang straight down.
